Cancer immunotherapy
Polymeric nanomedicines has gained increasing recognition for cancer immunotherapy since they have the potential to enhance the immunotherapeutic efficacy and surmount limitations of IRAEs. For example, polymeric nanomedicine allows for targeted delivery of cancer antigens to antigen-presenting cells (APCs), such as macrophages and dendritic cells (DCs), by which immature T cells can be effectively primed.
